BASIC STEPS TO BUYING A HOME WITH BESTofTEX Real Estate (When You're Ready, of course):
1) Get PRE-QUALIFIED by a LENDER of your choice so you know exactly what priced home you will be able to buy and what kind of loans are available to you. (Click on LENDER for a great place to start or we can recommend you a Lender). 2) Once pre-qualified, then officially begins our HOME SEARCH by clicking the GREATER SAN ANTONIO AREA or NEW BRAUNFELS or CENTRAL TEXAS (New Braunfels Listings can be found on the links for NEW BRAUNFELS & CENTRAL TEXAS). For NEW Homes, you can start your search by clicking NEW HOMES. Another search option for NEW Homes is WWW.REALTOR.COM (new) and for Existing Homes is WWW,REALTOR.COM(existing). Once you find the Homes that most interest you, text or email us the addresses so we can provide you enhanced background information on each property, such as COMPARABLE SALES in the last 6 months and other useful information to find the Home best suited to you. Or, we would be glad to prepare a list of Homes that meet your criteria for your consideration. 3) We then schedule exclusive visits with you to the Homes that most interest you. 4) When you have prioritized the Homes we have visited from Good, Better and BEST and have determined your BEST of the BEST choices, we will work with you to prepare and submit an offer for your BEST chances of success. 5) Once your offer is accepted, I will guide you through the entire purchase process which includes your option period, home inspection, amendments to the purchase contract when needed, etc. ... all the way to closing. 6) Here's the BEST part: Upon closing, YOU DON'T pay me anything for being your Realtor. INSTEAD, I PAY YOU up to 1.5% OF THE PURCHASE PRICE for a New or Existing HOME bought with me as your Realtor. (Subject to your Lender's knowledge and agreement) For Example: For a $300,000 HOME, that's up to $4500 I will PAY YOU upon closing.
